Team Report - TOLEDO - Yahoo Sports

That's giving rookies ample time to impress and many did Saturday night in a 32-7 victory over Atlanta. J.J. Watt, Andre Johnson , Arian Foster and Brian Cushing were among the Houston starters who did not play. O'Brien will decide later in the week how much time, if any, each regular will see Saturday night in Denver. The Texans will practice with the Broncos starting Tuesday, and O'Brien said those workouts could provide all the snaps the starters need. <br>Source: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/obrien-impressed-texans-rookies-211714546--nfl.html

Parks, playgrounds offer fresh air alternatives to gym workouts - Yahoo News

Chris Freytag, a personal trainer and health coach with the American Council on Exercise, loves the gym but lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a city notorious for brutal winters. Im a big believer in change of venue, of getting away from the same treadmill, the same spot. And theres something about fresh air and moving in space, said Freytag, who leads boot camp and circuit classes in parks and parking lots during the summer months. The changing terrain can also inspire the solitary exerciser to mix it up. Im all about hills: every time you see a hill or steps or stairs, lunge at it, said Freytag. <br>Source: http://news.yahoo.com/parks-playgrounds-offer-fresh-air-alternatives-gym-workouts-090223655.html

O'Brien impressed by Texans rookies - Yahoo Sports

MOST IMPORTANT PLAYER: RB Kareem Hunt was a very capable second fiddle to workhorse RB David Fluellen last year, and Hunt moves into the first chair role this season. Toledo needs a huge season from Hunt, since the Rockets are breaking in a new quarterback and hoping a sound rushing attack, behind four returning starters on the line, will ease the transition. Hunt played little in the first half of the 2013 season, but finished the year with five 100-yard games and ranked ninth in the conference in rushing. BREAKOUT STAR: DE Marquise Moore had 26 stops and a pair of sacks last season, but he should really blossom under the direction of new defensive coordinator Jon Heacock, who will crank up the aggressive posture of the Toledo defense. As a former wrestler, the 6-1, 300-pound Moore is remarkably nimble inside and should give the opposition problems with his run defense. <br>Source: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/team-report-toledo-153148723--spt.html
